Lillian Chow – Official Receiver, Hong Kong

Lillian Chow, took on the post of Official Receiver in Hong Kong on March 31, 2025, on the retirement of Phyllis McKenna.  She had joined the Government as Solicitor in March 2007. She was promoted to Senior Solicitor in November 2010, to Assistant Principal Solicitor in September 2017 and to Deputy Principal Solicitor in July 2020.
