Kamila Sawicka, Judge, Head of Supervision Division of Insolvency Practitioners, Ministry of Justice, Poland.

Kamila is a judge of the District Court for Lublin-East in Świdnik. From 2017 to 2021 she was adjudicating in the Commercial Department and National Court Register Department, from 2021 she was also adjudicating in the Bankruptcy Department.

In 2022, she was delegated to the Ministry of Justice, Department of Commercial Law, from July 2024 -2025- Restructuring and Bankruptcy Service Office and Attorney for Court Experts, 2025 – Department of Civil and Commercial Law. She participated in the legislative work and represented Poland in Working Group V - Insolvency Law UNCITRAL.

Since May 2023 she has been Chief Specialist in the Unit of Supervision of Insolvency Practitioners in which she supervised insolvency practitioners and participated in legislative work concerning the restructuring and bankruptcy. From November 2026 she is Head of Supervision Division of Insolvency Practitioners.
