Claire Hardgrave is Head of the Insolvency Practitioner Regulation Section at the Insolvency Service.   She is formerly Head of Audit Policy and Regulation at the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy; and long-standing senior policy adviser to the Government on a wide range of complex public policy matters.
