The Insolvency Agency - Ministry of Justice - Uzbekistan

The main tasks of the Agency in the field of insolvency:
(a) implementation of state policy in the field of insolvency, including regulation and oversight in this field;
(b) coordination of activities of state bodies and organizations in the field of insolvency;
(c) comprehensive digitalization of insolvency proceedings, simplification of redundant administrative procedures;
(d) assisting in creating conducive conditions to implement insolvency procedures, including implementing financial rehabilitation measures for economically insolvent legal entities and individuals;
(e) maintaining records and analysis of the insolvency of individuals;
(f) certification of insolvency administrators, facilitating the organization of their activities, and exercising oversight over their practices.
