IAIR was invited by the secretariat of UNCITRAL to attend the working group on insolvency law as an observer.
Two IAIR members (Mark Harris – Viscount, Royal Court of Jersey Viscount's Department and Denis Ryan, Official Assignee in Bankruptcy, Ireland Insolvency Service) took this opportunity to participate in the session in Vienna.
