Zbigniew Wiśniewski

Plenipotentiary of the Minister of Justice for Informatization, Coordinator for Informatization of the Judiciary and Director of the Department of Informatization and Court Registers of the Ministry of Justice. Long-time employee of public administration with extensive experience in the implementation of interdisciplinary projects with the application of ICT solutions. Graduate of the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, postgraduate studies at the Poznan University of Technology and Warsaw University of Technology. Former officer of the Police and the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau. Skillfully combines interdisciplinary knowledge in the field of ITC, economics, human team management. Currently responsible for the computerization of common courts in Poland (CIO at the Ministry of Justice) and the implementation of the digital transformation strategy for Polish courts. A big fan of agile methodologies for building ITC systems.
