World Bank Insolvency & Creditor/Debtor Regimes Task Force Meeting

IAIR was invited by the World Bank Group to participate in the working group. Two IAIR members (Russell Fildes– National Manager and Deputy Official Assignee for New Zealand, New Zealand Insolvency and Trustee Service and Ardita Buna, Director, National Insolvency Agency of Albania) took this opportunity to participate in these sessions and represent IAIR.
