UNCITRAL - 68th Session of Working Group V (Insolvency Law)

IAIR was invited by the secretariat of UNCITRAL to attend the working group on insolvency law as an observer.
One IAIR members (Russell Fildes– National Manager and Deputy Official Assignee for New Zealand, New Zealand Insolvency and Trustee Service) took this opportunity to participate in the session in New York.
