The National Trade Register Office edits electronically the publication “Insolvency Proceedings Bulletin” whose purpose is the disclosure of citations, summonses, notifications and communications of the procedural documents carried out by the courts of law, judicial administrator/ liquidator after opening the insolvency proceeding provided for by Law no. 85/2014 on insolvency prevention and insolvency proceedings, as well as other documents that, pursuant to the law, have to be published.

Also, the National Trade Register Office edits section "Debtors – natural persons with obligations that are not resulting from the operation of a business”, whose purpose is the publication, by respecting the legislation in the field of personal data protection, of the decisions of the insolvency commission and of the decisions of the courts of law, as well as of other documents whose publication is provided for by Law no. 151/2015 on insolvency proceedings for natural persons.

As a result of the publication of the procedural documents in the Insolvency Proceeding Bulletin, proceed to the registration in the trade register of the amendments and facts provided for by the law to be registered.
